These cover this website and the waitlist. ASAP itself isn’t live. When it launches it will have its own terms covering payments, refunds and what happens when a task goes wrong, and you’ll be asked to agree to those separately.

What joining gets you
A place in the queue and a message when it’s your turn. That’s the whole offer. It isn’t a guarantee of access, a fixed launch date, or a promise that any particular feature will exist. We let people in a batch at a time and may change the order, the timing or the scope as we build.
What the site says
The examples on this site are illustrations, not live transactions. The companies shown on the receipts are invented. Nothing here is an offer to sell a service, and prices shown are examples rather than quotes.
What we ask of you
Use details that are actually yours. Don’t sign up other people’s numbers, don’t submit the waitlist form automatically, and don’t try to break or overload either site. We may remove entries that look automated or fraudulent.
What we can’t promise
The site is provided as it is. We’ll keep it up and handle your details as described in the privacy policy, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from the site or the waitlist being down, delayed or discontinued. If we cancel the project, we delete the list.
Brand and content
The ASAP name, mark and the contents of this site belong to ZELABS LTD. Don’t reuse them to represent yourself as us or as connected to us.
Changes
If these change, the date at the top changes with them. Nigerian law applies.
