This site collects nothing

There is no form on this page, no analytics script, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixel. You can read it without leaving anything behind.

If you join the waitlist

The waitlist is a separate application at waitlist.useasap.xyz. It asks for your name, your business name if you have one, your WhatsApp number, your email, your city and which tasks you’d use ASAP for. It also records whether you asked for updates, and how you arrived: a campaign tag from the link, or the site that referred you.

Those details are used to reach you at launch and to decide which city and which service we build for first. That is the whole purpose. We don’t sell them and we don’t pass them to advertisers.

Where it’s kept

In a managed Postgres database (Neon), and with the email provider that delivers your confirmation (Resend). Both process data outside Nigeria. Only ZELABS LTD can read the list.

Being straight about the limit: the database is protected by access control and encrypted in transit, but individual fields are not separately encrypted at rest. Don’t submit anything you wouldn’t want stored in an ordinary business database.

How long

Until ASAP launches and you’ve been let in, or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first. If the project never ships, the list is deleted rather than kept.

Your rights

Email Zelabs365@gmail.com and we’ll delete your details and confirm it. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

When ASAP launches

The product itself will handle more than a name and a number, so it will have its own policy covering the tasks you ask it to perform. You’ll see that before you use it, not after.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant we’ll email the waitlist rather than quietly edit the page. See also our terms.
